Unfortunately, Trying to compete with a manufacturer Tennant on selling parts is a difficult. I had the same problem causing profit weakness. Being the consumer, I looked for the least cost. I did not know Tennant sold parts using google search. Buying from Sweep Scrub cost me about $10.00 more for my insufficient search. Unfortunately since Tennant does not charge for shipping, I bought more parts directly from them recently. Drop shipping from Tennant directly to your customer is one way to make some money for they charge no shipping to you.
