Vacuum & Recovery Water System

  • [ ] Vacuum Turbine Motor Carbon Brushes (M3): Expose vacuum motor unit 4.035-006.0 and inspect the sliding contact carbons. Always replace carbon brushes as a complete pair (6.490-409.0).
  • [ ] Float Regulator Assembly: Verify float ball 9.763-333.0 inside cage assembly 9.753-001.0 moves freely without sticking or debris buildup.
  • [ ] Drain Hose & Cap: Check PU recovery drain hose 9.753-111.0 for cracking or split seals. Replace damaged end cap seal with part 5.036-249.0.

Wiring Socket Warning: When reconnecting harness plugs on power electronics board A1, plug the blue CAN diagnostic cable strictly into Blue Socket (X8). Plug the grey harness connector strictly into Yellow Socket (X9). Crossing these sockets will damage circuit boards.
