What ships in the box

  • i-mop Pro Lite body. The manual says the body arrives as two sections, already assembled, in one box. The battery and charger are in a separate box inside that carton.
  • One i-power 10U lithium battery, 18V, 10Ah, 180Wh.
  • One i-charge 5 charger, charger manual, and power cord.
  • Two standard brushes.
  • Linatex squeegee assembly.
  • Antimicrobial solution tank and recovery tank, with ball float.
  • One set of splash guards.
  • Operator manual 4240995.

A parking and driving support is optional and is not in the standard box. The manual says it holds the machine parked and takes some of the weight off the operator.

How it cleans

  • 360 degree handle for counters, restroom fixtures, and baseboards.
  • Four buttons. The handle shuts the machine off below 32 degrees so water does not run into the vacuum.
  • Gear-driven brush drive for a steady result on more than one floor type.
  • Parabolic squeegee for a single-pass dry floor.
  • Light enough to carry up stairs and between buildings. Transport wheels are for smooth floors.

Best for

Restroom routes, restaurants, assisted living, hotels, and any building where the operator has to carry the scrubber up stairs or between floors. It is the wrong pick when the floor is large enough that the 18.1 in Pro XL will finish the job faster.

On both machines

  • Antimicrobial solution and recovery tanks. Tennant says bacterial reduction on the tank wall tested at 99.99 percent or better, for the life of the tank.
  • Power cuts off below a 32 degree handle angle, and again 30 seconds after you fold the machine into the store position.
  • The scrub deck has a strong magnet. The manual says anyone with a pacemaker should stay at least 6 in away and should not carry the machine as a backpack.
  • One lithium battery ships in the box. Spare batteries are sold separately.
  • Two standard brushes ship in the box. Blue, green, and red HACCP color sets are separate parts.
  • Ships as a small machine, not a pallet scrubber. Equipment that goes UPS or FedEx is free to the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and a residential address: email sales@sweepscrub.com for the freight quote. The Shipping tab lists dock and liftgate fees for machines that have to go LTL.

Warranty

Fill out the installation and warranty report in the box and send it to Tennant. The August 2026 operator manual does not print a year count. It does say the machine is built to operate at least 2,000 hours. Older i-mop Lite and i-mop XL Plus listings on this site put 1 Year Warranty in the title. Email sales@sweepscrub.com before you order if the PO needs the warranty term in writing.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99 applies to parts only in the lower 48 states. Some restrictions apply for equipment. Equipment cannot be shipped via traditional small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Equipment requires shipping on a pallet or dedicated flatbed carrier.  This type of freight is more complicated and expensive than small package deliveries for many reasons.  For example, there are a list of accessorial charges that must be taken into consideration such as Lift Gate to ground level, Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery, Hotel/Apartment, School, Military Base, Shopping Mall etc..  For us to provide you with the best freight quote, we must discuss your specific delivery needs.  Then we can search for the safest, lowest cost delivery solution.  Please call if you have any questions.
