Received a work order due to a scrubber leaving a small trail of water. Began work on its squeegee assembly and noticed the pumps vacuum hose had a small hole in it.
Struggled to find a reasonably priced hose due to the age of the model with our typical parts distributor. Came across this distributor after a quick search engine query. Was a lil skeptical at first since I had never used this company before and since the price was lower than the competitors. Former military. Cheapest bidder paranoids me. However these thoughts were quickly laid to rest after doing a lil research on the company. Ordered the part in the middle of the CoVID19 pandemic so I wasn't sure how long it would take for shipping. However this item was received by our business office in just a few days. Quick processing, and shipping. The item arrived in brand new condition. Hose was exactly as described and was of better quality than a hose I had purchased a month prior for a different unit from a different vendor. After installing hose and a lil work on the assembly this old scrubber is working just like a brand new unit. Thank you! I will be using this vendor in the future
