Today is no different, we still provide the same quality of service with the same work ethic.

A Little Background

When Bob Winchel (Founder) was a boy he had always been mechanically inclined. Add to this a good measure of curiosity and it wasn’t long before Bob was tinkering with everything from motorcycles to lawn mowers; basically anything with an motor in it. It didn’t take for him long to find his calling as a self-taught mechanic.

Jump ahead to 1984 and Bob is now married with a child on the way. Bob and his wife, Gayle, had just started their small cleaning business and problems already started appearing in the form of broken-down floor cleaning equipment. With the starting of a business and a baby on the way Bob couldn’t waste any money or time on looking for someone else to solve their problems. Instead, he had to pour all his resources and knowledge into repairing his own floor care equipment.

Bob and Gayle survived the early tumultuous years of business and after just a few years many friends and even local competition were asking Bob to fix their cleaning equipment for them.

As the business grew there was more need to expand in different areas and specialize in what they know best. And the thing they know best is reconditioning and repairing floor cleaning equipment. Today, the owners Bob & Gayle Winchel, husband and wife team have taken many certified classes on carpet cleaning and tile floor care.  Through owning and operating a service orientated business they have learned over the years that it is all about the customer and their needs.  They like to know about your floor cleaning problems because problem solving is what they do best and have been doing best for 25 years now!
